Soups and veloutés are dishes that can be eaten as starters or as light main courses. I admit that I prefer veloutés because I find them velvety and their silky nature pleases me a lot.

This is a fine soup made with celery roots and fresh celery but also with apples! It’s very unusual but sooo good and you really need to give it a try! The roasted hazelnuts on top bring some crunchiness and also their special taste! It’s a marvel!
Broccoli soup with gorgonzola cheese
This is a wonderful soup in velouté form with broccoli and gorgonzola that go well together! It’s very easy to make and really splendid! Onion adds more flavor with its mild character and it really worth making it!

A melon cold soup with feta cheese and oregano! It’s really very original but so good :-) You really can expect that these ingredients go well together but they do :-) That’s why this soup is very surprising because it works!
