Desserts are simply my own “cute” sin, as the French say! Fat? I learned to manage! But making good desserts without a lot (or enough) butter and also manage efficiently sugar… it’s a challenge by far more difficult because life without desserts, it’s not called life!
I try though to make the best light desserts I can, but the domain where I excelled, is learning how to manage quantities! And this was a very difficult task but it was worth the try because I am not obliged to renounce to my sin :) And a sin that is “cute”, it’s no longer a sin :)
Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
A cookie that can be split in portions? Yes, this giant cookie can be split and we reduce the total fat so there is even more pleasure! Give it a try and get one bite at a time! It’s even better!
Light French Flan – Three perfumes
This light French flan is made with milk, egg, sugar and flour and it comes in three versions: orange blossom, vanilla, and chocolate/cinnamon! It’s quite good and has less calories than a yogurt with fruits or a cream!
Pears and Chocolate Crumble

Chocolate and pears go very well together and it’s a fine little dessert that is mega easy and good It’s also delicate thanks to pears and surely it worth your attention when you are in a hurry and you need an easy and rapid dessert in hand!
