Coloring mandalas is used as a technique to prevail against stress and helps to meditate but it’s true it helps in all occasions! Personally, coloring mandalas is not a relax moment, it’s a moment where I use all my senses and my attention is high in order to find how to use colors best and create a harmonious result! But when I finish I am relaxed and usually very pleased with the result :-)
They say that coloring mandalas uses both parts of the brain, the left part for logic and structure and the right part for the artistic aspects!
You can find the drawing bellow in black and white (empty of colors) in the book Mandalas Nature Magique, Colorya, 2019 and Mandalas Nuit, Colorya.
