These wonderful keftas are made with a chick peas cream that has spinach and onions and is seasoned with cumin, paprika and turmeric! It’s not very spicy but the spices are there and bring their character and make this dish interesting!

Outside this filling we create something like a thick cream with ground beef as well, but also with bulgur and we season it with cumin, allspice and mint! It’s deeply fried and so surprisingly good!

Beetroot salad with breuil fresh sheep cheese and cumin
The breuil is a cheese that can be found in France at the Pays Basque and the Béarn but in this recipe can be replaced by the Greek myzithra or the Greek anthotyros or even with ricotta! These types of cheese go well with the beetroot and the whole thing goes marvelous with cumin! Try it and see for yourself!
