These sweet potatoes with parmesan and cooked in the oven are just a marvel! You can make them quickly and serve them as a side dish with meat or just with a salad :) they are very good and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 100gr of sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated parmesan
- a pinch of fleur de sel or coarse salt
- 5 turn mills of Kampot black pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into French fries size
- Add them into a bowl
- Pour the olive oil
- Sprinkle parmesan on top
- Add salt and pepper
- Toss everything with 2 tablespoons in a way that the olive oil and the cheese cover well the potatoes
- Spread the potatoes all over a plate going to the over; you should try to put them in one layer
- Bake for 30’
- Enjoy!
