The seasoning of this salad with fig balsamic vinegar, semolina garlic or semolina onion can be used for many types of salad such as mesclun, arugula, sucrine lettuce, red or green oak salad or even plain lettuce! The salad will be wonderful and it will be easily and rapidly prepared  It’s up to you ;-)
