The vegan adventure is more advanced that the vegetarian one! And it’s even more admirable because people refuse to eat any product coming from animals! Personally, despite my problem with charcuterie, stop using butter and eggs in desserts, it’s the most difficult task ever. But I do make vegan recipes, and I don’t share them to be trendy, I do it just for the pleasure of sharing and thus often revealing their Greek origin :)
Steamed french beans with dried garlic flakes and fig balsamic vinegar
French beans in the steamer are even tastier and this seasoning with semolina garlic and fig balsamic vinegar makes them even better! It’s a bit sweet and the taste of garlic with the sweetness creates magic!
Red Lentils Soup (Velouté) with Cumin and Tomato
This is a fine lentils velouté and cumin goes very well with red lentils! The tomato sauce and carrots help the soup to be more gentle and the overall result is rather comforting and nice! All ingredients are well proportioned and it’s a nice alternative for a light lunch or dinner that keeps you warm and brings comfort!
Fig Balsamic Vinegar Salad
The seasoning of this salad with fig balsamic vinegar, semolina garlic or semolina onion can be used for many types of salad such as mesclun, arugula, sucrine lettuce, red or green oak salad or even plain lettuce! The salad will be wonderful and it will be easily and rapidly prepared It’s up to you ;-)

These potatoes are made easily in a pan and they are so aromatic thanks to thyme, garlic and bay leaf that you will not believe it! And they are prepared so rapidly that you will not have to wait for ages to eat!
Peas in tomato sauce with dill (arakas)
These peas in tomato sauce with dill are so delicious and light that you will eat them as a standalone meal with no problem at all! They are different from the standard peas we eat in France because they are by far more flavorful! Give them a try and you will not made peas in another manner ;-) And of course it’s vegan!
